[*] The World Coalition Task Force (WCTF)

The WCTF are the secret police created by the WCG in order to keep the public in fear. An organization with elite members that use state of the art weaponry in most situations, which could even include a simple saving a cat from the tree. A friend and an enemy to the public, WCTF makes sure the people stay in their lowly positions.

Sure, the WCTF does everything it is supposed to. They keep most of the “cyber drugs” and illegal weapons off the streets, but law enforcement is a smokescreen to excuse their actual purpose. They want to suppress anything that could be used to undermine their and WCG's authority. Should anyone step out of line, they will be severely dealt with by the WCTF.

[*] The Special Crimes Syndicate (SCS)

In the shadows of the cities, the SCS thrives by providing the poor and desperate with the opiates they need to distract themselves and the weapons they need to kill one another. The syndicate although not as advanced as the WCTF, are quite the foes. Created by a special crimes boss, the Syndicate's initial concerns were to overthrow the current government and create a system for the people who lived on the streets attempting to create a living for themselves.

Of course the idea was easier to think up rather than do. The WCTF made sure the SCS would not get as far as they hoped they would. Their criminal activities increased, and soon the SCS became the top dog in special arms manufacturing. The figured if WCTF wanted to fight everyone with a gun, then make some for the people. Eventually they'd all kill each other out, and SCS could possible take over.

[*] The Tactical Crimes Police Force (TCPF)

A rather small secret organization consisting mainly of normal civilians who are determined to bring “right” back into the world. Of course they don't have the best artillery in the world or the best combatants, but the few that they have now will do for any future situations. Besides as Commander Griffin, the creator of the TCPF stated, “We are the voice of the people, the voice that constantly goes unheard, our presence now will mean everything in the future.”.

TCPF is known as the “Last Good Regiment”. They are the only police force that actually works with the people and not against them.

[*] The Teachers Union (TTU)

A group of underpaid educators (like everyone else) determined to eradicate the idea of censorship among the city. This would include not only all forms of media, but the academic curriculum as well. Although literacy rates are higher at this point in time, the majority still feels that WCG should be kicked out of political power in order to regain balance. Normally The Teachers Union are the head of protests.

[*] Les Sirènes Noires (LSN)

A secret society of radical feminists. Ever since the WCG gained their power, some of women's rights were abolished. There was no response at first, however female suppression became too much and the Les Sirènes Noires, which translates to The Black Sirens, was founded by Claudia Therein in 2043. Her actions have revived some of the old world laws for women, however not enough to satisfy the feminist population. Currently, the organization is led by her daughter, Léa Raine.

[*] The Masked Marauders (TMM)

An underground terrorist group that was founded by George Fredrichs in 2065. Known infamously for their ghostly white masks with a single black "X" slashed over the right eye. Their numbers are vast and their attacks are numerous and deadly. Even the WCG has problems tracking down the individuals of this group. Their ideals are not yet apparent, however it is clear that they wish to rid of the totalitarian rule over the world.
